She was first introduced to Pilates while
living in the Florida Keys and fell in love with it immediately.
She realized Pilates had not only strengthened her body, but also
her mind. Many years later in 2008, Tina decided to take that love
and make it her passion. She went on to become a teacher and is
certified in the Pilates Method through the PhysicalMind Institute
in New York. Tina is also certified in the BarreAmped method,
through Suzanne Bowen, its creator and former Lotte Berk Method
instructor. Tina believes you must always be a student of the work

Tina is an avid runner and has completed the
Twin Cities marathon, multiple half marathons and a few triathlons.
When she is not teaching, she enjoys spending time with her family
and friends. She spends a lot of time outdoors and one of her
favorite pass times is out-fishing her husband, Peter. She also
loves quality time with their three dogs, the girls.
